Addy and FICKEN’S WEDDING IS IN ONE WEEK

THE WEDDING IS HAPPENING so soon.

Next Saturday, September 25, 2021 Addy Mae Mae will marry Sweet George Ficken. I wanted you to see their love. In about two weeks this time– I will be posting photos of the happy couple on their special day. Spoiler alert- her dress isn’t white or ivory. I am so lucky to not have a worry in my head about their future. They are going into their lives together eyes wide open, hearts humble and full.

About a dozen of us will be there- siblings, parents and grandmas. We will celebrate, eat cake, toast, swim, and share. All six of my babies being together has me feeling like a lucky mom. Addy and Ficken are bringing us together.

If I may give advice…

When things get rough (because one day, they will) go to the water. The water will wash away the unimportant stuff until just the two of you are left with your love.
