Women folx

Only you can redeem the essence of motherhood. The world does not honor us- we saw that through the eyes of a pandemic. And yet as Margaret Renkl reminds us, our ancient association is glorious.

A quote from Margaret Renkl’s essay in the New York Times. Click here to read it in its entirety.

Do we all mother? In our different ways- we all create. We nurture. Being am other is universal and so lonely at times. The glory and luck of my life’s work. The beauty and hell. The deepest hurts and the most luscious love.

At this moment, my words feel trivial. So I will post others.

Thanks for being you.

I love you.
